  Every time i go into this store they mess something up on my account... i have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service fixing what these incompetant associates screw up every time i go here... it is well worth my time and money to drive to macon to get what i need from tmobile so i dont have to deal with the WR store... they either need to fire every single one of the associates there or just shut down the store and save the tmobile customers the headache of dealing with their sorry behinds..
